4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we ship the item(s).

Pricing & Payment:

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.

Shipping:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We ship worldwide but exclude some remote regions and parts of Asia.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return/exchange for eligible items.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Swimwear must have the original hygienic liner intact.
• Process: Initiate by emailing [email protected]. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return approval. Store credit is available upon request.
• Final Sale: Merch & Accessories (unless defective), unsealed Bra Bundles, and any item not in its original condition are final sale.
