Our goal is to make your experience seamless, from the moment you browse our Active collection to the day your package arrives. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you find your perfect match.
Our Returns & Exchanges Philosophy
We believe in transparency and ease. Just as we prioritize your privacy, we respect your right to shop with confidence. You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for most items.
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear (including items from our All Swim, Bikini, and Cover Ups categories) must be returned with the original hygienic liner intact and unworn. Swimwear without the liner cannot be accepted.

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request.” Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary details to assist you quickly.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Include the original packing slip or your order number inside the package.
- Use a secure shipping method—we recommend one with tracking.

Refunds & Timelines
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return at our Kansas City hub (typically within 5-10 business days of shipment), we will process your request.
Refund Method & Timing
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days after we approve your return for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit via email immediately upon approval.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Standard or free shipping (for orders over $50) will apply to the new shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Merch & Accessories (unless defective)
- Bra Bundles that have been unsealed or partially worn
- Any item without its original tags or in a worn, washed, or altered condition
- Swimwear without the original, intact hygienic liner
This policy helps us maintain the quality and hygiene standards you expect from Livery Store, especially for intimate apparel.
International Returns
As we “ship joy worldwide” (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia), international customers are welcome to initiate returns. Please note:
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs duties.
- Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method.
- The 15-day return window still applies from your delivery date.
